As I walked out of the apartment building, I noticed a Lamborghini parked across the street. A yellow Lamborghini with shiny everything.
Now I'm not the most enthusiastic person when it comes to high-performance machines, but I could certainly do with having a picture of one. So I 'raced' back inside to grab the camera, only to return and find my subject was gone.
Instead of putting the camera up, I decided to continue on to the library and take pictures of trees (imagining to myself which one I'd least like to get a kite stuck in).

I especially like the second to last shot. For some reason it makes me think of long, spindly fingers.
Fuck, this is a boring post.
This was NOT a boring post. Am I the only one who laughed when the last pix came?
daniel, i love photos of trees. i think that you have a great subject here. i'm not sure i understand why you're using passive trees vs. active ones though. perhaps it's a statement on the nature of nature?
possible mistakes: you tend to end sentences with prepositions, which is incorrect grammer. but maybe you're simply trying to connect to the common man?
; )
what a great payoff. worked for me!!!
Sarah, I am the voice of the common man.
And the outrageous woman.
And some trick dogs.
Great punchline!!!
No, Furious, you are not the only one who laughed.
I was trotting along the pictures of trees, was impressed by the fourth from the top (I like lines!), got kinda bored along the way (I admit), and as I reached the last one, I thought to myself,
"Damn, this Bruckner guy can be funny even in photos!!!"
never boring!
huh.
Good words.
